The park exists today due to a committed team of conservationists who forged an innovative public–private partnership catalyzed by private philanthropy.
In Patagonia National Park: Chile, photographer Linde Waidhofer captures the region’s singular beauty. For more than a decade Waidhofer witnessed this national park’s founders—Kristine McDivitt Tompkins, the late Douglas Tompkins, and the Tompkins Conservation team—as they shepherded the land’s transition from former sheep ranch to world-class national park.
With contributions from former Chilean President Michelle Bachelet, Kristine McDivitt Tompkins, Yvon Chouinard, and others, Patagonia National Park: Chile invites readers to experience a place that is protected foremost as the home to its wild residents, and that offers human visitors a chance to reconnect with the land’s natural rhythms. Beyond this, the park’s creation is a globally notable example of “rewilding,” of helping nature heal, and ultimately of holding onto wild, radical hope for a future when all of life’s diversity, including people, has freedom to flourish and continue to evolve.

Returns
If you need to return an item that you have purchased online, you can return the item at any of our locations in-person.
- If you would like to return the item online, simply visit the order page through your account or by clicking view order on the confirmation email
- Items for return must be unworn and still have the tags attached
- Once we receive your returned item our team will look over the item and make sure it clears inspection and a refund will be processed within a week of receiving it. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear back onto your original form of payment.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15 off of your return
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item that you have purchased online, you can exchange the item at any of our locations in-person.
- So if you would like to exchange an item please reach out to our customer service email to request the item you would like.
- The customer service team will create an exchange for you to begin the return of the original item
- Once the team receives the return the exchange item will be shipped.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
