Assistant Store Manager
Patagonia Calgary, full-time position
The primary role of the Assistant Store Manager is to assist the Store Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the retail environment. The Assistant Store Manager is always responsible for delivering and coaching exceptional customer service. In addition, the Assistant Store Manager may be tasked with training staff, navigating customer service issues, assigning and executing tasks (such as web orders, sales floor maintenance and visual merchandising, or landing and back of house) depending on the needs of the business, as determined by the Store Manager. Assistant Store Manager will function as the point of contact for HQ and may be tasked with the roles and responsibilities of the Store Manager in their absence. Â

The Sales Associate’s primary role is to be present
on the Sales Floor and engage with customers but will occasionally have the opportunity to support other channels of the business such as Back of House, Visual Merchandising or our Webstore.

4E Scholarship

Full-time and part-time and summer student employees who wish to pursue higher education goals, either while employed at Elements Inc. or when they decide to take the next step in life and undertake additional education are eligible for awards ranging between $500 and $3,000 depending on circumstances and performance.
