Designed for the wettest and coldest climes, the Tres 3-in-1 Parka can be worn as a waterproof/breathable shell, an insulated jacket, or an insulated parka. The outer shell and lining are built from 100% recycled polyester. Zip-out jacket is insulated with 700-fill-power 100% Recycled Down (a blend of duck and goose down and waterfowl feathers reclaimed from down products). Made in a Fair Trade Certifiedâ„¢ factory.
- Outer shell is made of waterproof/breathable/wind-resistant H2No® Performance Standard 2-layer 100% recycled polyester herringbone with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without intentionally added PFAS
- Outer shell has a two-way, full-zip closure with a storm flap that secures with hidden snaps to lock out the cold
- Outer shell has an adjustable, snap-on/off hood for warmth, and a tall, zip-through stand-up collar opens and lies flat for cooling off
- Both the shell and zip-out jacket have handwarmer pockets lined with brushed tricot and secured with zippers to keep valuables safe; the zip-out jacket also has a zippered interior left-chest pocket
- Zip-out jacket is insulated with 700-fill-power 100% Recycled Down (a blend of duck and goose down and waterfowl feathers reclaimed from down products) and has heat-trapping horizontal baffles
- Outer shell has front and back princess seams; the zip-out jacket has attachment tabs

Returns
If you need to return an item that you have purchased online, you can return the item at any of our locations in-person.
- If you would like to return the item online, simply visit the order page through your account or by clicking view order on the confirmation email
- Items for return must be unworn and still have the tags attached
- Once we receive your returned item our team will look over the item and make sure it clears inspection and a refund will be processed within a week of receiving it. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear back onto your original form of payment.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15 off of your return
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item that you have purchased online, you can exchange the item at any of our locations in-person.
- So if you would like to exchange an item please reach out to our customer service email to request the item you would like.
- The customer service team will create an exchange for you to begin the return of the original item
- Once the team receives the return the exchange item will be shipped.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
