How do you reinvent an icon? We've cleaned up our soft ½"-pile Retro-X fleece by using 100% Repreve® recycled polyester certified by OceanCycle and sourced from coastal communities at risk of plastic pollution. In jacket form, this new material takes on the heritage look (knocked off by brands around the world) and the windproof warmth that you've come to know. With special considerations such as a more relaxed silhouette, fuzziness on the inside of the collar and a pocket shape that harkens back to the early 2000s, it's a fresh take on an old favorite that's sure to stick with you through the years. Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory.
- Soft, warm, windproof jacket made of 100% Repreve® recycled polyester ½"-pile fleece certified by OceanCycle and sourced from coastal communities at risk of plastic pollution; lined with 100% recycled polyester taffeta with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without intentionally added PFAS
- Full-length, front-zip taffeta hung liner inside the jacket, with an internal wind flap and a relaxed fit
- One zippered left-chest pocket built with 100% NetPlus® 100% postconsumer recycled nylon faille made from recycled fishing nets to help reduce ocean plastic pollution; two zippered handwarmer pockets are lined with 100% recycled polyester brushed tricot

Returns
If you need to return an item that you have purchased online, you can return the item at any of our locations in-person.
- If you would like to return the item online, simply visit the order page through your account or by clicking view order on the confirmation email
- Items for return must be unworn and still have the tags attached
- Once we receive your returned item our team will look over the item and make sure it clears inspection and a refund will be processed within a week of receiving it. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear back onto your original form of payment.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15 off of your return
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item that you have purchased online, you can exchange the item at any of our locations in-person.
- So if you would like to exchange an item please reach out to our customer service email to request the item you would like.
- The customer service team will create an exchange for you to begin the return of the original item
- Once the team receives the return the exchange item will be shipped.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
