Nothing beats the straightforward design of a messenger bag for hands-free carry of the day’s essentials. Whether it’s a tablet and a rain jacket, a laptop and lunch, or dry socks and a camera, our Surveyor Messenger is a reliable go-to cross-body bag.
It’s made from lightweight 500D Cordura® nylon in a canvas weave similar to our iconic Tin Cloth, plus 1000D Cordura woven like our tried-and-true Rugged Twill. Both of these highly abrasion-resistant materials are dry-waxed to provide the legendary water resistance of our heritage waxed cottons. A buckle-secured flap protects the main compartment’s contents and the shoulder strap is removable to prevent snagging during storage. The interior features a padded sleeve for laptops up to 15" and an elastic loop to keep a water bottle upright. Two zippered exterior pockets provide quick access to essentials.

Returns
If you need to return an item that you have purchased online, you can return the item at any of our locations in-person.
- If you would like to return the item online, simply visit the order page through your account or by clicking view order on the confirmation email
- Items for return must be unworn and still have the tags attached
- Once we receive your returned item our team will look over the item and make sure it clears inspection and a refund will be processed within a week of receiving it. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear back onto your original form of payment.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15 off of your return
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item that you have purchased online, you can exchange the item at any of our locations in-person.
- So if you would like to exchange an item please reach out to our customer service email to request the item you would like.
- The customer service team will create an exchange for you to begin the return of the original item
- Once the team receives the return the exchange item will be shipped.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
