As versatile as it is warm and comfortable, the Synchilla® Shirt Jacket is built from ultrasoft, heat-trapping 100% recycled polyester fleece. This snap-front daily shirt has 100% recycled nylon trim on the cuffs, pocket flaps and collar stand for added durability and classic style. Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory.
- Body fabric is built of warm, 100% recycled polyester double-sided fleece; contrast pocket and trim is 100% recycled nylon faille with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without perfluorinated chemicals (PFCs/PFAS)
- Laydown collar is soft against the neck; under-collar 100% recycled nylon adds durability and shape
- Classic Snap-T® center-front closure makes it easy to regulate temperature
- Two chest pockets with Snap-T® closures keep your valuables secure and accessible; left-chest pocket has a zippered side entry pocket behind the main pocket
- Shirt-tail hem provides extra coverage and warmth

Returns
If you need to return an item that you have purchased online, you can return the item at any of our locations in-person.
- If you would like to return the item online, simply visit the order page through your account or by clicking view order on the confirmation email
- Items for return must be unworn and still have the tags attached
- Once we receive your returned item our team will look over the item and make sure it clears inspection and a refund will be processed within a week of receiving it. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear back onto your original form of payment.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15 off of your return
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item that you have purchased online, you can exchange the item at any of our locations in-person.
- So if you would like to exchange an item please reach out to our customer service email to request the item you would like.
- The customer service team will create an exchange for you to begin the return of the original item
- Once the team receives the return the exchange item will be shipped.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
