For big objectives when the crux of the route is 10 pitches up, the Free Wall Pack keeps everything in its place. This climbing backpack has an oversized interior that can hold gear for two climbers, with offset front and back webbing loops for easy gear management at the belay and tagging on steep terrain. The minimalist exterior and stowable waistbelt reduce any potential snag points,with a layer of foam around the interior to prevent punctures. The Free Wall Pack is inspired by cutting-edge wall climbing and designed to meet the demands of evolving tactics for modern rock climbing. Made in a Fair Trade Certifiedâ„¢ factory.
- Body fabric is 100% postconsumer recycled nylon plain weave with a PU coating and a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without intentionally added PFAS; streamlined, ample foam padding throughout adds structure and abrasion-resistance
- Reinforced offset front and back webbing loops are designed for steep hauling; when secured by the back handle, the pack tilts forward for easy gear access at the belay
- Low profile shoulder straps and waistbelt provide comfort on long approaches;clipable webbing loops at sides and base of pack allow for personalized carrying
- Abrasion-resistant minimalist exterior and stowable waistbelt are designed to reduce any potential snags when tagging up the pack

Returns
If you need to return an item that you have purchased online, you can return the item at any of our locations in-person.
- If you would like to return the item online, simply visit the order page through your account or by clicking view order on the confirmation email
- Items for return must be unworn and still have the tags attached
- Once we receive your returned item our team will look over the item and make sure it clears inspection and a refund will be processed within a week of receiving it. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear back onto your original form of payment.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15 off of your return
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item that you have purchased online, you can exchange the item at any of our locations in-person.
- So if you would like to exchange an item please reach out to our customer service email to request the item you would like.
- The customer service team will create an exchange for you to begin the return of the original item
- Once the team receives the return the exchange item will be shipped.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
