- Rugged, weather- and abrasion-resistant exterior fabric holds up to rowdy descents but is lightweight on the ascent
- Highly breathable harness and back panel keep you comfortable on long approaches
- Cinch closure is designed for quick access and to keep the elements out; a metal clip ensures a secure closure, carries a rope, or holds the top of cross-carried skis or a split board
- Snow-safety pocket with organization sleeves keeps tools at the ready; an ice axe can be carried on the outside or fits inside the pack
- Elongated zipper on one side provides quick access to the main body of the pack and allows access to supplies without fully taking off the pack
- Carry your skis or snowboard in a variety of ways: A-frame, cross-carry, or as a solid board; and snowboard straps across the face of the pack are removable

Returns
If you need to return an item that you have purchased online, you can return the item at any of our locations in-person.
- If you would like to return the item online, simply visit the order page through your account or by clicking view order on the confirmation email
- Items for return must be unworn and still have the tags attached
- Once we receive your returned item our team will look over the item and make sure it clears inspection and a refund will be processed within a week of receiving it. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear back onto your original form of payment.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15 off of your return
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item that you have purchased online, you can exchange the item at any of our locations in-person.
- So if you would like to exchange an item please reach out to our customer service email to request the item you would like.
- The customer service team will create an exchange for you to begin the return of the original item
- Once the team receives the return the exchange item will be shipped.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
