The SnowDrifter Pack 20L is engineered for fast, efficient travel in the mountains. Designed for access to everything you need without taking off the pack, it features a weather- and abrasion-resistant exterior, dedicated snow-safety pockets and strategic organization so you can get in that one last lap. - Rugged, weather- and abrasion-resistant exterior holds up to rowdy descents but is lightweight on the ascent
- Keep snow-safety tools at the ready with pocket sleeves built for a probe, a shovel handle and a shovel blade
- Top lined pocket fits larger items like goggles or gloves; hip-belt pockets allow for smaller items
- Side-accessible lumbar pocket holds water, skins or extra gloves so you can reach your items without taking off the pack
- Large shoulder-strap pockets fit water flasks up to 500ml, but can be strapped down for storm days
- Side-loop and shoulder-mounted catch allow you to diagonally carry skis or a splitboard without taking off your pack

Returns
If you need to return an item that you have purchased online, you can return the item at any of our locations in-person.
- If you would like to return the item online, simply visit the order page through your account or by clicking view order on the confirmation email
- Items for return must be unworn and still have the tags attached
- Once we receive your returned item our team will look over the item and make sure it clears inspection and a refund will be processed within a week of receiving it. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear back onto your original form of payment.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15 off of your return
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item that you have purchased online, you can exchange the item at any of our locations in-person.
- So if you would like to exchange an item please reach out to our customer service email to request the item you would like.
- The customer service team will create an exchange for you to begin the return of the original item
- Once the team receives the return the exchange item will be shipped.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
