This daily-wear parka is packed with core-warming 600-fill-power 100% Recycled Down (duck and goose down reclaimed from down products) and designed for moving in comfort. Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory.
- Face fabric is made from Cotton in Conversion to support farms on the path to organic certification, with 100% recycled polyester lining and 100% Recycled Down (duck and goose down reclaimed from down products) insulation
- Center-front zipper is nestled under a covered placket with a snap closure
- Stand-up collar and a removable, insulated hood lock down your warmth and seal out the cold
- Two front handwarmer pockets are lined with cozy tricot; one zippered internal-chest pocket keeps valuables secure and accessible
- Relaxed, oversized fit is comfortable and offers easy layering over sweaters
- Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory, which means the people who made this product earned a premium for their labor

Returns
If you need to return an item that you have purchased online, you can return the item at any of our locations in-person.
- If you would like to return the item online, simply visit the order page through your account or by clicking view order on the confirmation email
- Items for return must be unworn and still have the tags attached
- Once we receive your returned item our team will look over the item and make sure it clears inspection and a refund will be processed within a week of receiving it. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear back onto your original form of payment.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15 off of your return
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item that you have purchased online, you can exchange the item at any of our locations in-person.
- So if you would like to exchange an item please reach out to our customer service email to request the item you would like.
- The customer service team will create an exchange for you to begin the return of the original item
- Once the team receives the return the exchange item will be shipped.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
