- Body is built from warm, cozy 18-oz 100% recycled polyester crushed pile fleece, and lined with 100% recycled polyester solid twill with a DWR (durable water repellent) finish that's made without PFCs (perfluorinated chemicals) to glide over layers
- Contrast fabric is built of 100% recycled nylon faille with a DWR (durable water repellent) finish that's made without PFCs (perfluorinated chemicals)
- Shaped, three-panel hood is soft on your cheeks and closes with a drawcord adjustment around the rib-knit opening
- Full-length, two-way center-front zipper with climbing cord pulls helps you regulate your temperature; two-way zipper allows you to open from top or bottom
- Two zippered handwarmer pockets keep your essentials secure and accessible
- Easy-wearing straight fit, slightly dropped sleeve seams and mid-thigh length create options for layering and everyday versatility

Returns
If you need to return an item that you have purchased online, you can return the item at any of our locations in-person.
- If you would like to return the item online, simply visit the order page through your account or by clicking view order on the confirmation email
- Items for return must be unworn and still have the tags attached
- Once we receive your returned item our team will look over the item and make sure it clears inspection and a refund will be processed within a week of receiving it. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear back onto your original form of payment.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15 off of your return
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item that you have purchased online, you can exchange the item at any of our locations in-person.
- So if you would like to exchange an item please reach out to our customer service email to request the item you would like.
- The customer service team will create an exchange for you to begin the return of the original item
- Once the team receives the return the exchange item will be shipped.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
