The Driftwood Canyon Coat is a warm and cozy go-to that utilizes three of our most cherished natural and synthetic material innovations: Cotton in Conversion, recycled wool and recycled polyester. Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory.
- Jacket's upper body is made from 77% recycled polyester/23% recycled wool high-pile fleece, and lower body is Cotton in Conversion plain weave that's insulated with Thermogreen® 100% recycled polyester
- Smooth taffeta lining glides over layers and is made from 100% recycled polyester with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without perfluorinated chemicals (PFCs/PFAS)
- Full front zip and a zip-through stand-up collar lock out the cold and are warm and cozy against your neck
- Snaps on the upper half of the front placket seal out the cold
- Two handwarmer pockets are lined with cozy tricot
- Longer length and a regular fit allows easy layering over a sweater or fleece
- Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory, which means the people who made this product earned a premium for their labor

Returns
If you need to return an item that you have purchased online, you can return the item at any of our locations in-person.
- If you would like to return the item online, simply visit the order page through your account or by clicking view order on the confirmation email
- Items for return must be unworn and still have the tags attached
- Once we receive your returned item our team will look over the item and make sure it clears inspection and a refund will be processed within a week of receiving it. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear back onto your original form of payment.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15 off of your return
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item that you have purchased online, you can exchange the item at any of our locations in-person.
- So if you would like to exchange an item please reach out to our customer service email to request the item you would like.
- The customer service team will create an exchange for you to begin the return of the original item
- Once the team receives the return the exchange item will be shipped.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
