Designed for the wettest and coldest climes, the Tres 3-in-1 Parka can be worn as a waterproof/breathable shell, an insulated jacket, or an insulated parka. The outer shell and lining are built from 100% recycled polyester. Zip-out jacket is insulated with 700-fill-power 100% Recycled Down (a blend of duck and goose down and waterfowl feathers reclaimed from down products). Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory.
- Outer shell is made of waterproof/breathable/wind-resistant H2No® Performance Standard 2-layer 100% recycled polyester herringbone with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without intentionally added PFAS
- Outer shell has a two-way, full-zip closure with a storm flap that secures with hidden snaps to lock out the cold
- Outer shell has an adjustable, snap-on/off hood for warmth, and a tall, zip-through stand-up collar opens and lies flat for cooling off
- Both the shell and zip-out jacket have handwarmer pockets lined with brushed tricot and secured with zippers to keep valuables safe; the zip-out jacket also has a zippered interior left-chest pocket
- Zip-out jacket is insulated with 700-fill-power 100% Recycled Down (a blend of duck and goose down and waterfowl feathers reclaimed from down products) and has heat-trapping horizontal baffles
- Outer shell has front and back princess seams; the zip-out jacket has attachment tabs
- Above-the-knee length and now a regular fit (instead of a slim fit), so it layers easily over fleece and sweaters; made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory, which means the people who made this product earned a premium for their labor

Returns
If you need to return an item that you have purchased online, you can return the item at any of our locations in-person.
- If you would like to return the item online, simply visit the order page through your account or by clicking view order on the confirmation email
- Items for return must be unworn and still have the tags attached
- Once we receive your returned item our team will look over the item and make sure it clears inspection and a refund will be processed within a week of receiving it. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear back onto your original form of payment.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15 off of your return
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item that you have purchased online, you can exchange the item at any of our locations in-person.
- So if you would like to exchange an item please reach out to our customer service email to request the item you would like.
- The customer service team will create an exchange for you to begin the return of the original item
- Once the team receives the return the exchange item will be shipped.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15
