The Insulated Storm Shift Jacket is the warmest in our Snow line, with 2-layer GORE-TEX fabric, strategically placed Thermogreen® insulation, and a baffeled, supersoft interior for wicking, waterproof warmth in even the coldest conditions. Fabric, membrane and durable water repellent (DWR) finish are made without perfluorinated chemicals (PFCs/PFAS). Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory.
- Tough, 2-layer 100% recycled polyester GORE-TEX fabric for waterproof/breathable and windproof protection, with a soft and smooth interior lining for easy layering; the fabric, membrane and durable water repellent (DWR) finish are made without perfluorinated chemicals (PFCs/PFAS)
- Soft, baffeled interior holds a strategically placed blend of 60-g and 100-g Thermogreen® 100% recycled polyester insulation for targeted warmth where you need it most
- Adjustable, helmet-compatible fixed hood with a laminated visor preserves visibility, and a tall collar protects your neck and face, even with the hood down
- Pit zips with coated, waterproof zippers quickly release heat; low-profile cuffs secure over or under gloves
- Adjustable powder skirt seals out wind and snow, and lies flat when not in use; a webbing loop at the center back connects to any Patagonia® Snow pants
- Two zippered handwarmer pockets, one zippered chest pocket and one zippered forearm pocket on the exterior; one zippered pocket and one drop-in pocket on the interior; zippers are coated and waterproof
- Concealed RECCO® reflector allows rescuers to use a directional signal to determine the reflector’s location; made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory, which means the people who made this product earned a premium for their labor
- Material: Shell: 2-layer, 5.4-oz 150-denier 100% recycled polyester GORE-TEX fabric with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish. Lining: 2-oz 100% polyester (70% recycled) stretch taffeta with a DWR finish. Insulation: strategically placed blend of 60-g and 100-g Thermogreen® 100% recycled polyester. Returns
If you need to return an item that you have purchased online, you can return the item at any of our locations in-person.
- If you would like to return the item online, simply visit the order page through your account or by clicking view order on the confirmation email
- Items for return must be unworn and still have the tags attached
- Once we receive your returned item our team will look over the item and make sure it clears inspection and a refund will be processed within a week of receiving it. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear back onto your original form of payment.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15 off of your return
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item that you have purchased online, you can exchange the item at any of our locations in-person.
- So if you would like to exchange an item please reach out to our customer service email to request the item you would like.
- The customer service team will create an exchange for you to begin the return of the original item
- Once the team receives the return the exchange item will be shipped.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15
