PERFORMANCE DOWN CLEANER
Down is a delicate material which often suffers from damage due to household detergents. Storm Performance Down cleaner is specially formulated for down filled items, designed to retain natural oils and long lasting performance. Our formulation is acidity regulated to perfectly suit down and maintain loft, whilst lifting contaminants from the outer surface.

Down garments contain clusters of down held within pockets, over time these clusters become compressed, reducing temperature regulation and performance.

Storm performance down cleaner, penetrates the garment lifting contaminants from the surface without removing natural oils and damaging the manufacturers original treatment. Maximising loft, and restoring breathability.

Storm Performance Down cleaner effectively cleares microscopic pores in technical fabric to create the perfect environment for proofing. Combine with Storm Performance Down Proofer to restore the DWR finish, rejuvenating loft, warmth and water repellency.

Returns
If you need to return an item that you have purchased online, you can return the item at any of our locations in-person.
- If you would like to return the item online, simply visit the order page through your account or by clicking view order on the confirmation email
- Items for return must be unworn and still have the tags attached
- Once we receive your returned item our team will look over the item and make sure it clears inspection and a refund will be processed within a week of receiving it. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear back onto your original form of payment.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15 off of your return
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item that you have purchased online, you can exchange the item at any of our locations in-person.
- So if you would like to exchange an item please reach out to our customer service email to request the item you would like.
- The customer service team will create an exchange for you to begin the return of the original item
- Once the team receives the return the exchange item will be shipped.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15

Ces modifications incluent la suppression ou l'ajout de produits et/ou la modification de l'adresse de livraison. Si une erreur a été commise avec les informations de votre commande, il est plus rapide de créer une nouvelle commande avec les informations correctes, puis d'en informer notre service client.
