The Refugio is our classic daypack series that excels for the everyday and stands up to years of travel to come. The Refugio Daypack 32L has a spacious interior and plenty of pockets and internal organization, so you can fit tons of gear or even enough for a quick weekend trip. It still has all the essential features, like 100% recycled materials with a DWR (durable water repellent) finish made without intentionally added PFAS, a laptop sleeve, hydration hanger access and water bottle pockets. Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory

- Separate, padded laptop compartment can accommodate laptops up to 15" and has a zippered flap to repel more moisture
- Hydration hanger, pass-through access, a breathable back panel and two side water-bottle pockets are as ready for the trail as the daily commute
- Main compartment includes two sets of organization pockets for small items; dual oversized front pockets keep can't-lose essentials close
- Dual side compression straps let you lash on extra items or cinch down a half-full pack; they can also be clipped together across the front of the pack to hold bulky items

Returns
If you need to return an item that you have purchased online, you can return the item at any of our locations in-person.
- If you would like to return the item online, simply visit the order page through your account or by clicking view order on the confirmation email
- Items for return must be unworn and still have the tags attached
- Once we receive your returned item our team will look over the item and make sure it clears inspection and a refund will be processed within a week of receiving it. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear back onto your original form of payment.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15 off of your return
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item that you have purchased online, you can exchange the item at any of our locations in-person.
- So if you would like to exchange an item please reach out to our customer service email to request the item you would like.
- The customer service team will create an exchange for you to begin the return of the original item
- Once the team receives the return the exchange item will be shipped.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15

Si une erreur a été commise avec les informations de votre commande, il est plus rapide de créer une nouvelle commande avec les informations correctes, puis d'en informer notre service client.
